Hi, Im have started the atkins diet again today. I last did it about 6 years ago and only did it for the 2 weeks! I have 25lbs to lose and am determined to stick to this but Im getting a bit confused already! I like most veg and salad but don't know how to convert the cup measurements to grams or ounces, so Im not sure how much I should be eating. Today I have eaten:
scrambled eggs with 2 eggs, cream and ham
a bowl of prepacked lettuce with shredded beetroot, 2 oz cheese, wafer thin ham and half a small red onion, 4 slices of cucmber and 1 tomato!
and as yet I have had no tea. Do the above foods seem okay? Also if anybody knows of brands of food in the uk that is acceptable whilst doing atkins especially the induction phase I'd appreciate advice on things I can buy such as snacks and sauces, dressings etc!
