I have to tell you this. I have being using the Atkins diet for 10 days and I am almost done with the 2 week induction phase, and it is realy working. I started to lose weight after the first 3 days, and it was noticable. I lost 8kg till now.
I am thinking of posting some pictures to show you.
I loved to read all the topics on this forum it has really good information on the dieting and I have been on dieting since a year and now I will be going on an intermediate level. There are lots of things that everyone should be aware of.
