Hi,

Can somebody please suggest me a good menu plan for the induction phase of the Atkins diet.

I am thinkig of starting the diet but I do not know what kind of menu plan to use. If somebody has an idea please let me know

Hi,

The good think about the Atkins diet is that you are creating you own menu plan. The only thing that you need to worry about is the ammount of carbs that you take wth each meal.

You can basically select any meal from the low carb recipes and create your own tasty menu plan.
