The Ongoing Weight Loss (OWT) is the second phase of the Atkins diet.
After the induction phase, when your body is switched to burning fat instead of carbs, you continue the Atkins diet with this phase.
In this phase carbohydrates are slowly and carefully added to the diet. Weight loss slows to a recommended 1-2 pounds per week.
