Can somebody tel me if I can eat eggs in the Atkins diet Induction phase, and how to prepare them?

Eggs are allowed in the Atkins diet Induction phase.

You can eat:

- scrambled
- fried
- poached
- soft-boiled
- hard-boiled
- deviled
- omelets
